Why Did They Buy?

Gold and Silver HousesCheck back here frequently as we interview the agents and buyers of luxury and top tier properties in Atlanta to get a more complete picture of what actually motivated buyers to purchase the homes they did.

Of course the obvious assumptions that it was well-priced, well-located and in great condition will be the case more often than not.  But the nuances of the negotiations, incentives, terms and presentation are what we are looking for.

It will be interesting to see if we come up with any surprises.  Certainly more interesting than days on market or average selling price and probably more insightful.
