There are several versions of this widget out there to use but I found this one to be easy to use. While checking out some of the opportunities we highlight, this is a way to quickly get a handle on your return with easy to run scenarios.  Unfortunately the form is too large for the column but it is still usable and so insightful that I am overlooking the bad design.  Remember that this is for investment property and does not calculate in tax advantages afforded owners for their principle residence.
